In this Kent coastal town, our client had an agreement to build 6 terraced houses using his usual
timber frame build for a rapid turn-around of the project. The funding he had access to wasn’t
adequate to complete the full phase of the development, and so we stepped in to place the required
development finance to complete the project.

As of Autumn 2017 the scheme of houses has been completed and reservations taken.
