We look for achievements and milestones that create value within a company, and we lead clients through the financing process off the back of those achievements. Our network of institutional investors and venture capital funds typically participate after you have completed your seed round and demonstrated initial results, and from there we take you through follow-on growth rounds via equity or debt, such as convertibles and SAFEs, and to IPO for the right companies.
