This site with full planning permission was presented to us to fund and develop. Axial Capital raised the joint venture finance and funded contractors to build out 25 houses by the water in Essex. Works commenced in early 2018 with Axial providing support throughout the build contract, to create new roadways and ultimately build out the houses in 2 phases, with the majority being built to sell on the open market.

The site completed in early 2020, with sales already in place by late 2019.
